The offer in one paragraph

Bank of America pays up to $2,500 to a business that opens Bank of America Business Advantage Fundamentals Banking or Business Advantage Relationship Banking as a new customer. The $400 tier asks you to deposit $5,000 in new money and keep it there for 60 days. The $2,500 tier asks you to deposit $200,000 in new money and keep it there for 60 days. On the cash it asks you to park, the $2,500 bonus works out to an annual rate of 7.60%. The account charges $16 a month, and the bank publishes ways to avoid the fee. Its terms name no state limit, and the bank decides at application. The bank shows November 30, 2026 as the last day.

How to earn it

  1. Open Bank of America Business Advantage Fundamentals Banking or Business Advantage Relationship Banking for your business online or at a branch, as a new customer.
  2. Use the offer code SUACIS when you apply.
  3. Deposit the amount for the tier you want in new money within 30 days: $5,000 for $400, $15,000 for $700, $50,000 for $1,000, $100,000 for $1,500 or $200,000 for $2,500.
  4. Keep that money in the account for 60 days, the hold period as the bank states it.
  5. Wait for the bank to pay the bonus. Its terms say when it pays once you meet the requirements.

Day counts follow the bank's terms, which say when each period starts.

When the bank pays. Bank of America aims to pay within 60 days after you meet every requirement.

New money is money not held now or before at Bank of America or in a Merrill investment account. Deposit it within 30 days of opening; the amount sets one of five tiers.

The balance has to stay at the tier every day of the maintenance period, which starts 31 days after enrollment and ends 90 days after opening. That 60 day period is the hold the annual rate uses.

Business Advantage Fundamentals has no monthly fee for the first 12 months. After that it costs $16 a month unless, among other ways, you keep a $5,000 combined average balance, spend $500 on the business debit card or qualify for Preferred Rewards for Business. Relationship Banking costs $29.95 a month.

Bank of America pays one bonus per business owner, however many businesses you run. A business that owned or co-owned a Business Advantage account in the last 12 months is excluded, as are trusts and personal accounts. The code SUACIS sits in the offer page address and applies itself online.
