The offer in one paragraph
Wells Fargo pays up to $825 to a business that opens Wells Fargo Initiate Business Checking (also Navigate or Optimize Business Checking) as a new customer. The $400 tier asks you to deposit $2,500 and keep it there for 60 days. The $825 tier asks you to deposit $25,000 and keep it there for 60 days. On the cash it asks you to park, the $825 bonus works out to an annual rate of 20.08%. The account charges $15 a month, and the bank publishes ways to avoid the fee. Its terms name no state limit, and the bank decides at application. The bank shows November 10, 2026 as the last day.

How to earn it
- Open Wells Fargo Initiate Business Checking (also Navigate or Optimize Business Checking) for your business online or at a branch, as a new customer.
- The offer needs a code from the bank that we do not list. Start from the bank's offer page, linked below, and follow its instructions for the code.
- Deposit the amount for the tier you want within 30 days: $2,500 for $400, $10,000 for $550 or $25,000 for $825.
- Keep that money in the account for 60 days, the hold period as the bank states it.
- Wait for the bank to pay the bonus. Its terms say when it pays once you meet the requirements.
Day counts follow the bank's terms, which say when each period starts.
When the bank pays. Wells Fargo deposits the bonus within 30 days after the 60 day qualification period, once you meet every requirement.
The balance on day 30 sets the tier, and it must stay at that level through day 60. Post 5 qualifying transactions in the first 60 days: business debit card purchases, Bill Pay payments you start, and deposits by mobile, ATM, teller, ACH or wire. The terms ask for deposits, not new money.
Wells Fargo pays one business checking bonus per business and per owner in 24 months. Current owners of a Wells Fargo business checking account, anyone who closed one in the last 90 days, employees and anyone signing a Form W-8 are excluded.
The fee shown is for Initiate Business Checking, the account the offer page opens online: $15 a month unless you keep a $2,000 minimum daily balance or $5,000 combined. Navigate and Optimize Business Checking also qualify. The bank reports the bonus as income without naming the form.
